Towards this end, we are interested in accurately identifying the sources of all materials that compose the products we purchase from your company. We also want to work only with suppliers who can provide this information to us since this is the only way we can be confident of our company's ecological sustainability. We would like you to provide to us with the following information in the next 30 days. We assume that the information you provide will be thorough and that, where you are unable to identify with confidence all supplier names, you will indicate this, along with actions you will take to obtain this information as soon as possible.

2. Do they contain wood fibre?
3. Is there any ancient forest fibre in this product?
4. Which companies provide the raw wood fibre used to create each product?
5. From what region does each of these companies obtain this fibre?
Please use the accompanying Chain of Custody Verification form to respond to us with the results of your audit. This will help us to process the results and will ensure clarity around our issues of interest. Once we have reviewed your information, we will contact you if there is any need to change our purchasing decisions to alternative products that are more ecologically responsible.
